Acer platanoides
The genus Acer includes about 150 species of wildly different shapes and sizes, ranging from imposing tree structures to modest but fascinating shrubs. The bark varies, as does the foliage, which is rich in different colors, especially in autumn when it acquires splendid tones that delight us with the best moment of our urban and rural landscapes. Added to all this is the high resistance to pests and pathogens of many species and their resistance to air pollution, characteristics that make trees of the genus Acer extremely useful, even indispensable in cities and gardens.
<em. >Acer platanoides (field maple) is native to Europe, Caucasus, Asia Minor. Large deciduous tree with a wide compact crown, formed by strong, very dense branches. The leaves are up to 15 cm long and up to 10 cm wide, usually 5-lobed and dark green. The autumn colors are very beautiful, from golden yellow to red. The flowers appear in April before the leaves, grouped in yellow-green corymbs. These attract bees at a time when there are very few other sources available. The fruits appear in October and are samara type, brown in color, with open wings. Grows in all types of soil except peaty and marshy soils; resistant to urban pollution.

In accordance with GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you can return the order at any time, without reason, within 14 working days of delivery. The cancellation period, in relation to the supply of goods, is calculated from the day following the one in which the goods enter the physical possession of the consumer. During this period of time, you can return the products for any reason.
You or the recipient must inform us of the withdrawal decision in writing by e-mail to the address on our "Contact" page, within 14 working days of delivery.
In order to return products from the categories mentioned above, purchased through the website, they must meet certain conditions:
- to be returned in the original packaging together with all the accessories originally delivered;
- to be in the same condition in which they were received, new, unused;
- not to be damaged and not to present aesthetic or functional deficiencies;
- to be sent to the address on our "Contact" page, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal.
If the products do not comply with these conditions, they cannot be returned.
Products from the categories: Ornamental trees, Ornamental shrubs, Conifers, Hedges, Grasses, Topiary/Forms and Perennial plants CANNOT be returned, according to art. 16 par. 4 of the Government's Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.
Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred as a result of returning the products to BALKAN PARTNER SRL and you should ensure that you obtain proof of shipping of the products.
The reimbursement of the value of the products can be offered only for the products in our possession, at the address on our "Contact" page, under the conditions specified above.
All amounts related to the returned products are reimbursed by bank transfer to the account of the card from which the payment was made.
Our returns policy excludes perishable items.
